In order to receive your refund for the actual purchase price paid of one (1) Truvia Natural Sweetener 40g Sachet Pack, Truvia Natural Sweetener 80g Sachet Pack, Truvia Natural Sweetener 270g Spoonable Jar, Truvia For Baking Caster 360g, Truvia For Baking Icing 280g, Truvia For Baking Brown 320g please follow the simple steps below:
1. PURCHASE one (1) Truvia Natural Sweetener 40g Sachet Pack, Truvia Natural Sweetener 80g Sachet Pack, Truvia Natural Sweetener 270g Spoonable Jar, Truvia For Baking Caster 360g, Truvia For Baking Icing 280g, Truvia For Baking Brown 320gbetween 01 February 2023 – 01 February 2024.
2. SAVE the original barcode from the package and the original dated receipt. CIRCLE the purchase price of the qualifying purchase.
3. GO to www.truvia.com.au or www.truvia.co.nz to download and print the refund request form or CALL +64 9 377 7009 or 1800 570 512 to obtain a refund request form and the full terms and conditions. COMPLETE the refund request form with your name, address, actual purchase price paid (excluding taxes, discounts and/or coupons), reason why you were not completely satisfied with the Truvia® Sweetener product and other requested details.
4. SEND, via tracked NZ Parcel Post or AU Parcel Post within 60 days of date of purchase, the completed refund request form, original barcode and original dated receipt (with purchase price circled) to the address listed on the refund request form.
