1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 large egg**
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1⁄4 tsp salt
Directions
- 1.
Assemble all ingredients; preheat oven to 350° F.

Cream together ingredients for 1 1⁄2 minutes; set aside.
